Servience provides online services to various industries to improve customer experience. The services are offered on a subscription basis with flexible plans.

To access and use the Service, users are required to register and create an account through the registration page at https://register.servience.com. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Servience reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any unauthorized use or breach of security is detected.
4. User Information and Privacy
Servience collects and uses certain personal information, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, and identifying information of businesses, to communicate with users and display information on their profiles. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. User-Generated Content

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload and agree not to upload any prohibited or unlawful materials. Servience does not actively monitor user uploads.
7. Termination
Users may choose to delete their accounts through the account settings. Termination of an account will result in the non-renewal of the subscription fee. Servience reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if violations of this Agreement or any applicable laws are identified.
8. Cancellations, Refunds, Warranties, and Guarantees
Servience does not offer any cancellations, refunds, warranties, or guarantees for the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, whether expressed or implied.
9. Intellectual Property
Users retain all intellectual property rights to the content they publish through the Service. Servience solely provides a platform for users to upload and share their content.
10. Limitation of Liability
Servience shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service. Users are solely responsible for their data and should not rely solely on the Service. It is advised to maintain appropriate backups and data protection measures.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Servience and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including attorney's fees, arising out of your use or misuse of the Service, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.
12. Termination
Servience reserves the right to terminate user accounts at its sole discretion without providing any reason or notice.
13. Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Servience regarding the use of the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
